HAPPY STOP SMOKING
I believe that every smoker finally will realize the bad effects of smoking cigarettes. And once will regret their habit. But as they have been addicted, they are very difficult to stop smoking.
Here are some ways to stop smoking I did as I used to smoke and as I was a cigarette addict for about 10 years:
1. Have a serious intention and determination to stop smoking.
First of all we must have a serious intention and determination to stop smoking. Without it. It is immpossible to stop smoking.
Relating to intention and determination to stop smoking, It is good to be followed by fasting. Fasting is a very great way to stop some kinds of bad habits. Fasting here means to control one's desire to not consume any kinds of food and drink for certain days of free days. What we do during fasting is just resting in the bed or somewhere while building your strong mental by praying. Strong mental is related with a real man. A real man should be able to do and reach what he desires to have especially having good habits, and should be able to stop what he regret such as bad habits. 2. Join with men/institutions that forbid to smoke.
A cigarette addict is bond with cigarette. It is the fact. So, we must be separated from that bond and bind ourselves to a new bond. After we decide to stop smoking, we need to find a group or a man that forbids smoking. We must force ourselves to leave smoking habit and start nonsmoking habit by joining a nonsmoker or nonsmoking area/group/institution. In my case, I joined with a certain congregation where were not allowed to smoke. The fact is very hard at first, but as the time goes on, we start conforming to the new habit and start forgetting our bad habit while our body is releasing toxin from our body which effects our body to addict.
3. Enjoy your free cigarette, and never turn back.
After following the first and the second tips, I believe you can win and stop smoking. After you have been successful to stop smoking, it is important to focus on your new habit as a nonsmoker and never turning back. There will be some temptetions in your post stop smoking such as smelling another's cigarettes and having dream when bed time. But as we focus on your new habit as a nonsmoker, I believe you can stand.
4. Realize that you have invested invaluable cost as you stop smoking.
Having a healthy body and not wasting money to buy cigarette for years forward is the invaluable investation ever in your life.You can imagine how happy your life is and how comfort you are by not being urged to by cigarette and by having a healthy body.
