TWO OF UNREALISTIC THOUGHTS OF MANY WHICH CAUSE THE MOST HARMFUL EVER.

The most harmful ever experienced by people in this world is oil scarcity and air pollution. Many countries are lack of oil and the air around the cities is polluted by many cars and others machinery transportations. Many solitions were made to overcome oil scarcity and air pollution yet not hitting the mark because they don't fix and solve the source of problem.

The source of problem of oil scarcity and air pollution in all over the world is caused by the rapid movement of people every day. People move very fast here and there every day using machinery transportations which use oil and cause air pollution.

The rapid movement of many people every day is caused by two of unrealistic thoughts of many. They are:

1. Going to school every day. You can imagine how many cars, buses, trains, and motorcycles people use to go to school every day, and imagine how much oil people need and how polluted the air caused is. People should not go to schoool to study and learn things. People should study and learn at home so that people can practice directly what they study and learn. By having some books, internet access,  laboratory, and the field, people can study and learn optimal. A father can guide his children to learn and invite a skillful expert to complete the skill of his children. Teacher/expert does move. Not children/students do. By studying at home, children can have a balanced theory with practice because children can have more time to practice. By this way, we prevent the greed of some people to start commercial school and prevent oil scarity and air pollution.
2. Going to work every day in another's company. You can imagine how many cars, buses, trains, and motorcycles people use to go to work every day, and imagine how much oil people need and how polluted the air caused is. People should not go to another's company to work. People should work in their own company so that they can teach, train, love, and care of his own family at once. By this way, we prevent the greed of some people to start commercial company and prevent oil scarity and air pollution.

WE ARE LIVING REALISTIC BY WORKING IN OUR OWN BUSINESS AND BY STUDYING AND PRACTICE AT HOME.

WHAT DOES A TEENAGER REALLY NEED FROM A FATHER?

I believe that all people wish good things to their descendants from generation to generation. They always hope that their next generations increase in number and quality. The improvement of next generations are built since their teenage years. But, whether our actions in leading teenagers have been realistic for them or not, is the big and important question.

If we honestly observe the condition of teenagers nowadays, then we can make a conclution that many teenagers are lost of direction. Unconciously, they are misled by many things in this world causing them disoriented, and run on unrealistic ways and reach for unrealistic dream. Many times they think that they have walked rightly, but their journeys of life  are ended with frustration, becoming slaves, getting drunk, drug addict, having free sex, smooking cigarettes, and so on.

So, how should we build a good generation? By buillding it since their childhood and teenage years. Building it must be applied continuously day by day. A teenager does need a true model in his life that he can not find at school and everywhere outside of home. A teenager can not find the true model at school and everywhere outside of home because a teenager finds different characters and teachings among his teachers and among people he is looking at outside which can cause confusion in a teenager's mental. A teenager should find a true model in his own real father. A father need to guide his children every day in the good way. A father must give true knowledges to his children day by day train his children to have skills according to the knowledges they have. A father need to filter all teachings and characters which a teenager get from outside of home and reexplain them to him. That is why a father need to have a wide insight.

Imagine if a father leaves home in the morning to work and come back at evening without being seen by his children. How can a father give a true model to his children in this way? And where do his chlidren get the true model from in this way? And also imagine if children leave to school in the morning and come back home at evening. How do they get a real model and how does their father give a true model to them? A father need to reconsider his job so that he can give a true model to his hildren while he is working. That is why I said that many teenagers are lost of diretion.

Starting and running your own business is realistic and urgent in order that you can share your skill, your knowledge, and your life to your children. And choosing a school where your children can have the balanced theory with practice is very important. Children don't need to waste their time at school where they can not get the balanced theory with practice. You can choose a short program of education where your children can find knowledge and skills to support the vision you have to your children.

THE BALANCED THEORY WITH PRACTICE

The balanced theory with practice must be the major purpose and consideration of decision makers regarding education. This is the best way of effectiveness and efficiency in this growing time. As the population growth is increasing very fast every day, people need to use their time efficiently to result prosperity among people. 

This morning I hear a mother get very angry with her daughter because she does not go to school, but sleep instead. Most people have acted as if they cult school without realizing it. They seem very sad and uncomfortable if they don't send their kids to school no matter what the result of schooling their children is.

This is the time that every people must achieve the balanced theory with practice by reconsidering carefully where you go to school. Our time is very precious that we must be carefull to use it. We need to think of many people whom are still very confused of what they want to do even in their 20th of age. Of course they will not be confused if they have a special skill. A special skill is not found if they don't have the balanced theory with practice in their school.

We will have the balanced theory with practice when we spend most of our time in practice than in theory. You can experience things/theories in practice. Our absoption of certain theory is maximal when we directly practice it more and more. Even our knowledge will increase when we practice theories because we will find some new discoveries in practice. Imagine if every school in village has at least 10.000m2 land where students practice how to plant vegetables. They will be productive since their childhood. This is the way people will be prosperous in all around the world for people have been productive since their childhood.  Parents don't need to spend much money to send their children to school where they don't find the way to be productive, but parent will save their money because when their children study at school, they can help their parent at home to produce things according to the skill they find in their school, and parents can share some of their money to the poor to prevent starvation in some parts of the world.

There are at least 4 benefits when we have the balanced theory with practice:

1. Children can help their parent to produce things according to the skill they find at school since their childhood (there is no limitation of age to produce) .
2. Students find more fun when they spend most of their time in practice. By this way, there will not be boredom and laziness in students.
3. The fast growth of population is no more frightening because people can produce since their childhood.
4. Parents are no more like slaves to children until their graduation, but parent will teach and love children and children will help and love their parent.

LIVING REALISTIC WITH SCHOOL

A school must be a place where a student learns and practices. Not be a place of wasting time and money.

Our life is short. only around 70-80 years. When talking about school we must consider about effectiveness and efficiency. Nowadays most people spend their times for decades in school. But with that long time, how about effectiveness? I generally see that most schools world wide are not effective compared with the long time of studying. Why? because most school don't run realistic.

Why most schools are not effective is because most schools are still oriented to theory and certificate/diploma which are not realistic for a student to be skillful. We get effectiveness by practice. Theory and practice must be balanced. Theory and practice will be in balance when we spend more of our time in practice than in theory. Then, this is realistic. That is why most discoveries in medical, telecommunication, automotive, farm, and agriculture technology are found in the workplace. When we practice, we will convince theories through and into our skill, and even through practice we can find some new discoveries.

Considering effectiveness and efficiency, many people start home schooling program nowadays. In my opinion, it is a better choice  and more realistic if they are done and run by expert teachers in their parts.

For the efficiency and the effectiveness of school, we must consider where the school is and what students learn in that school. It must be applied in every level/ladder of school. A school in village where there are large of lands to do farm and agriculture should focus to learn about farm and agriculture and that school must prepare a large of land where students can directly practice what they learn by theory with the guidance of an expert teacher. But a school in city where there are many kinds of factories of technology and where there are many markets should focus to learn how to make something and directly practice it in certain factory with the guidance of an expert teacher, or focus to learn about market of how to distribute or sell some products professionally. By this way, there will be exchange students from city to village and from the village  to city. And by this way, people no more gather all in cities, but there is balance. And it is realistic to do and run nowadays.
